Trucks | James Buescher wins Michigan National Guard 200

                        Defending NASCAR Camping World Truck Series champion James Buescher executed a perfect pass of Kyle Busch in the closing laps to win the Michigan National Guard 200. Overcoming a problem in the pits, Buescher sat third with four laps to go. With a perfectly timed pass, Buescher wheeled by both second place Brendan Gaughan and leader Kyle Busch in turn four. The defending champion then was able to pull away and take his first victory of the 2013 campaign. Busch did not go quietly as stayed on Buescher’s back tailgate…

A Successful Return to Dirt

Austin Dillon won in what was labelled NASCAR's return to dirt. On Wednesday, the Camping World Series race was hosted by Eldora Speedway, which happens to be owned by Tony Stewart. The last time one of NASCAR's top touring series competed on dirt was Sept. 30, 1970, whenRichard Petty won a Sprint Cup -- called the Grand National Division at that time -- race at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds in Raleigh. In other news, Ken Schrader become the oldest pole winner in a NASCAR series. The 58-year-old Schrader won the pole and a qualifying heat race at Eldora.

Camping World | Sauter Makes it Two In a Row

The Camping World Series returned to action and Johnny Sauter picked up where he left off. Winter of the series' first race of the season at Daytona, Sauter won the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Kroger 250 at Martinsville Speedway in Ridgeway, Virginia.
