Breaking News | Gordon is in the Chase

By Reid Spencer, NASCAR Wire Service JOLIET, Ill.--In an extraordinary move resulting from competitive improprieties in last Saturday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond, Brian France, the sanctioning body’s chairman and CEO, added Jeff Gordon to the Chase for the Sprint Cup field. Phoenix Stands for Fireworks!

Johnson Wins — Stretches Chase Lead
