5 to Watch at Homestead
By Jared Turner
In terms of overall performance, Martin Truex Jr. has been the fastest driver all season. He’s the favorite to win it all, but don’t think it will be easy.
Making his third consecutive appearance in the Championship 4, Kyle Busch knows how to get the job done in South Florida. He did it in 2015.
The last driver to earn a berth in the Championship 4, Brad Keselowski admitted to feeling kind of lucky to advance. He’ll need a lot more luck to hold the trophy.
Kevin Harvick is a longshot to win the championship. But Harvick’s experience and proclivity for success on the big stage give him at least a fighting chance.
Anyone would be remiss not to count Dale Earnhardt Jr. as a driver to watch in his final race. However, the odds of Junior winning at Homestead are not in his favor.
