Before Sunday's race at Talladega, Front Row Motorsports had never experienced victory lane in the Sprint Cup Series. However, Front Row's two Davids -- Ragan and Gilliland -- caught fire at the end of the race to score an improbable victory and second place finish. David Ragan, one of the sport's true good guys, earned his second career Sprint Cup win. Way to go Front Row!
When the dust cleared during a crash-filled Nationwide Series race at Talladega Superspeedway, Regan Smith stop at the top. The race was delayed three hours by rain and slowed by seven cautions, and as darkness closed in, NASCAR cut the race distance by 10 laps. Then a caution one lap shy of the new scheduled finish and NASCAR decided it would make one attempt at a green-white-checkered finish.
